We arrived at Cresswells Towers and we head to reception to find the staff very pleasant and cheery! We then headed to our caravan that was immaculate and very modern, could not fault it, loads for the kids to do and the staff even advised …

Lovely site with the most friendly staff right up until the last day of the season. We had a lovely week swimming and playing on the football pitch. The beach is a two minute walk away and beautiful. We had a small caravan which was clean and perfectly located for everything. We ate on site a couple of nights and the food and drink was great and priced reasonably. Can’t wait to return.

Good clean caravan. All that you need to relax, keep warm and a well equipped kitchen. Activities for children to do on site. Good pool. Caravan site in excellent location for tourist spots and the beach, which sadly we couldn't visit due to high tide times.

Fantastic break! Stayed in a lovely caravan with the family. Very clean with everything we needed. Just a short stroll to a lovely beach and there is a great park on site. Kids loved the pool. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, staff were so friendly and helpful. Kids had lots of fun watching the entertainment. We will be back and would highly recommend! Food & drinks: Good choice on the menu and we really enjoyed what we had. Quick service and staff were lovely.

Great week away from the norm. We had no heating/hot water when we first arrived. After eventually being able to contact out of hours someone came to fix the boiler and we got hot water. We needed a second visit to get heating. We did highlight a few things that needed attention, they were noted and someone came out the next day to address them. Some things had to be handed over to contractors (I don't know if this was done) Security were happy to help. The swimming pool was easily booked, this had to be done online. Availability changed daily. We lost an earring at the pool and after asking if it had been handed in they made a note to look out for it. Amazing the next day they found it for us 😊 the guys were great! Entertainment, arcade all kid friendly and plenty for everyone to be busy. The caravan did us for our stay just grand. A quiet park and a good break. Nearby activities: Good base for day trips - we went to Morpeth and spent the day at White House Farm (great day out) Swimming Pool on-site Walkability: Short walk to the beach. A lovely woodland to wander around just off the park

A small holiday park with a small swimming pool , which is bookable online ,only problem I find with that is people book way in advance before arriving at holiday park . Which I feel is a little unfair ,in the four days we were there ,there were no slots at all available , same families and booked for several days in a row , I wonder if it would be better plan to have first come first served basis ? The park itself is clean tidy well maintained. No complaints with cleanliness in the caravans . The beach is 5-10 minutes walk . Very pleasant beach . With an ice-cream shop selling homemade ice-cream absolutely delicious 😋 Many places to visit within relatively short drives ,good spot.

We where only there for the weekend , On the negative Caravan had a smell of stale smoke, The carpet had been hovered but still a lot of white dog hair on the carpet. The main issue was with the amount of mould in the back twin bedroom, which the radiator didn't work in , Did try ringing to report this on Saturday but no answer. I did report the issues to young lady at check out. On the Positive clean pool , enjoyed morning swims, could do with more changing room staff very polite. Friendly staff in Bar & Arcades breakfast very nice . Have been to this site before only small & well maintained, great for the beach & walking base . We enjoyed our stay , but disappoint with this caravan .

A discounted Sun newspaper holiday.3 Woodlands what a lovely caravan everything was perfect for our stay, the only things i would have added is a normal size household bin and a bath mat for after showering. All staff very professional helpful and pleasant, this was our 1st caravan holiday experience and we found it very relaxing and the kids absolutely loved it. A trip to Northumberland Zoo only 20 mins away was amazing to. The beach was very close 2, and lovely. We will definitely return, thanks for a great mini break away.

Me and my family stayed in the wheelchair accessible caravan at Parkdean Cresswell , and it was accessible in every single room.. the only thing I would’ve changed was, the location of the plates and cups. They were up high in the cupboard, and couldn’t be reached for someone in a wheelchair. Apart from that the location of the caravan was great, was just a short stroll to the entertainment complex, and I especially like that there was a parking space dedicated to the caravan. We all loved it that much we have booked to go again next year.
